  He has a wide experience of construction and property matters, 
having been Chairman of the Warings Group of companies for 
over 30 years and now advises on overall strategy. 

Fraser Whyte BSc FRICS.
Managing Director

    He has 35 years experience of commercial and industrial property in 
both the public and private sector. He was formerly based in
Scotland and has 20 years experience of the property industry
in the South East. He is responsible for securing projects,
including site acquisition, planning matters, concepts,
lettings and disposal policy, together with the day
 to day management of the Group.   

David G Hosier FCCA.
Financial Director & Company Secretary

  He has 20 years experience with property related companies and
property management issues.  He is responsible for the financial
management of all projects and management of Clients'
property portfolios.

Paul Still
Development Director

He is responsible for project control and project evaluation. He has been
in the construction industry for almost 40 years, mostly responsible for
tendering and procurement. Prior to joining the Company he was
Deputy Managing Director of the Warings Construction Group. 

In 2004 the Company entered into a formal arrangement with Alanbrooke
 Consulting Ltd to expand the range of specialist services which can 
be offered to clients. John Chaffe, the Managing Director, was the 
Chairman of an international construction consultancy for 10 years 
before forming Alanbrooke. John brings a wealth of experience in 
strategic advice for construction projects, cost consultancy, and 
innovative project procurement.

The Company also employs highly experienced project managers, 
who have held director level positions in construction companies
and consultancies, and who control all aspects of the development
process from the tender stage to completion of construction.
